Companion Only Registration

This form is ONLY to be used for registering a companion as and add-on, where you have ALREADY signed up for the All-Access Registration, but did not register that companion at that time.

The Companion add-on provides your companion:

•  All meals, coffee breaks & refreshments throughout the convention;
•  Attendance at all educational seminars;
•  Free transportation to/from KMQY and to/from all off-site events;
•  Gift bag upon check-in;
•  Complimentary beverages at the Welcome Reception, Thursday Night Party & Friday Night Dinner;
•  Access to the Eaglemania concert;
