Booth selections/assignments will be made based on the sponsorship level and the date the exhibitor application is submitted and payment received.
In 2025, PMOPA will provide pilot attendees, who register in advance, a gift bag with quality "swag" and marketing collateral provided by exhibitors, who select to participate. For only $1,000 additional, this is an exciting opportunity to extend your brand's reach - directly into the hands of your target audience - with a surprising and meaningful pilot gift. The exhibitor will provide the gift and marketing collateral (brochure) to PMOPA in advance, and PMOPA will compile the bags on-site and distribute them at registration to the Piper M-Class pilots who attend the 2025 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in. Swag/gift ideas should be easy to include in a small tote bag or backpack size bag. Use your creativity! Gifts could include, but are not limited to: custom/branded luggage tag, coasters, flashlight, mug, tumbler, pen set, journal/notebook, compact umbrella, fitness/sweat towel, gift card, hot sauce.
Alliance Nationwide Exposition will serve as PMOPA's show decorator again this year. Alliance will send an email to exhibitors providing a log-in to the Alliance Online Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitors who are new users to Alliance Online will be prompted to create a password prior to accessing the event portal. Exhibitors who have accessed Alliance Online in the past will be prompted to log in with their existing credentials consisting of the email address and password previously used to access Alliance’s event portal.
