Exhibitor Prospectus

Join the Piper PA-46 community at the 2024 PMOPA Convention to directly reach owners and pilots of all M-Class aircraft. The Exhibit Hall is a highlight of PMOPA’s annual convention because it provides an opportunity for vendors to have in-depth conversations with PA-46 aircraft owners and pilots regarding the services, upgrades and enhancements that will be best for their ownership and flying experience.

Exhibitors will have several opportunities to have targeted interactions with convention attendees because breakfast, breaks, and lunch will all be held in the Exhibit Hall. A pre-convention lunch on Friday and the Friday evening Welcome Reception also will be in the Exhibit Hall, providing exhibitors with more than seven hours of focused interactions with Convention attendees over three days.

Booths and Fees

Please complete the Exhibit Application Form to reserve your booth at the 2024 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in. 

Register early! The sooner you register, the sooner you can choose your booth location!

Exhibit Booths Include:

• 8’ high back wall with two 3’ side rails

• One ID sign (17" x 11")

• One 6' black draped (on 3 sides) table 

• Two plastic contour chairs

• One wastebasket

• One 110V power line 

10’x10’ booth: $2,200 includes one attendee registration

10’x20’ booth: $4,400 includes two attendee registrations 

Exhibitors are welcome to register additional employees and booth personnel at the discounted registration fee of $1,100. Attendee and Exhibitor Booth Personnel registration for the 2024 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in will open in early Summer.

Important Dates

Booth selections will be made based on the date the exhibitor application is submitted and payment received. There are three exhibit booth selection window periods (priority placements), as noted below.

• Priority Placement 1 booth selection: Friday, March 1, 2024

• For PMOPA’s Presenting Platinum Partner 

• Priority Placement 2 booth selection: Friday, June 14, 2024

• For exhibitor applications received prior to June 7, 2024 

• Priority placement 3 booth selection: Friday, September 13, 2024

• For exhibitor applications received prior to September 6, 2024 

All applications received after September 6, 2024 will be placed ad-hoc until the exhibit hall is sold out.

• Exhibitor booth registration deadline: Friday, October 25, 2024
