Fly-Out Events

Have PA-46; will travel! PMOPA volunteers identify interesting and appealing destinations for fly-out activities. These are multi-day trips to a vacation destination, providing an excellent reason to fly your plane and the opportunity to get to know your fellow PMOPA members in a relaxing setting. In 2023, 54 members flew in 22 aircraft to the Caribbean, an event facilitated by PMOPA and Jim Parker with Caribbean Flying Adventures. And in February 2024, more than 50 people enjoyed a four-night adventure with  group activities (including swimming with the stingrays, lunch on Rum Point Beach), group dinners at great restaurants, and some of the greatest snorkeling/diving in the world during the PMOPA Grand Cayman Fly-Out, February 9-13th, 2024. Plans are underway for an Alaskan Adventure in August 2025.
