Risk Management is the process of identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing strategies to control or mitigate those risks in order to keep both pilots and passengers safe during flight operations. Yet a significant number of aircraft accidents are attributed to improper aeronautical decision making and human factors, which are integrated with Risk Management. In this engaging session, Caitlin will explore PA-46 accidents, risk factors, and respectfully discuss what pilots could have done differently to mitigate risks before or during the flight.
